into fabulous gifts that you get to choose. 

 

Registration

How do I enroll in Kudoz Schlotzsky’s® Catering Rewards Program?

Enrolling is easy!  Visit https://cateringrewards.schlotzskys.com

Current Catering Clients:

Click the orange ‘Sign In’ button near the bottom of the page and you will be redirected to login to your Schlotzsky’s® Catering Account. Enter your login credentials and click the red ‘Sign In’ button.

On the left side navigation, click the red Catering Rewards button. At the bottom of the Catering Rewards page, click the orange ‘Join Rewards' button.

New Catering Clients:

Click the red ‘Sign Up’ button, complete the registration form and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

On the left side navigation, click the red 'Catering Rewards' button. At the bottom of the Catering Rewards page, click the orange ‘Join Now’ button.

 

My Kudoz Account

How do I verify that I am enrolled in the catering rewards program? 

  1. Visit https://ordering.schlotzskys.com
  2. Click 'Sign In' at the top of the page
  3. Enter your credentials and click 'Sign In'
  4. On the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Catering Rewards'
  5. Click 'My Rewards'.

On this page you can view total Kudoz available, refer a friend, view your transaction history and redeem Kudoz points (if available). 

If you have verified enrollment and still do not see Kudoz (points) on your My Rewards page, please contact catering@schlotzskys.com.

May I edit my contact information?

Your Kudoz account is connected to your Schlotzsky’s® Catering Customer account. You may edit your customer account by visiting https://ordering.schlotzskys.com and selecting My Account on the left navigation.

How do I earn points?

  • 5,000 Bonus Kudoz can be earned when you Refer a Friend 
  • Receive 500 Bonus Kudoz when placing your order at least one day in advance*
  • Receive 500 Bonus  Kudoz  for each additional order placed on the same day* 
  • Earn 20 Kudoz per net dollar* when placing your order online at ordering.schlotzskys.com 
  • Earn 5 Kudoz per net dollar* when placing your order with a Catering Specialist by calling 855-DELIVER

How do I refer a friend? Is there a special code?

While logged into your Kudoz account, go to My Rewards and click Learn More under the Refer A Friend section. You will find your unique referral code which you can share with friends and colleagues.

When will my Kudoz points be credited to my account?

Members will earn Kudoz upon successful payment and execution of each catering order. Kudoz will be displayed on the “My Rewards” page within 24 hours of catering delivery.

Where can I view my Kudoz points balance?

The 'My Rewards' page is your guide to the Program. This is where you will go to view total Kudoz, redeem a reward, view transaction history and refer a friend.

I joined Kudoz Schlotzsky’s® Catering Rewards Program on the same day I placed an order. Will I receive Kudoz points?

You will earn Kudoz for your order. Members are eligible to earn Kudoz on orders submitted on the day of signup or orders submitted anytime thereafter. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of enrolling.

Your Kudoz points will be distributed to your account after your catering order has been paid for AND delivered. You will receive an email confirming that your points were awarded after your order has been executed.

I signed up for a Schlotzsky's Catering Account. Am I automatically enrolled?

Customers who have a Schlotzsky’s® Catering Account must also enroll in the program to receive credit for catering orders. Please review the Registration section within this FAQ to enroll in Kudoz Schlotzsky’s® Catering Rewards.

I have a Kudoz account, but I do not see Kudoz points for my orders. Help!

Please verify that you are enrolled in Kudoz Schlotzsky’s® Catering Rewards and your order meets the following qualifying criteria:

  • Customer is currently enrolled in the program
  • Catering order placed online or through 855-DELIVER
  • Bonus points: Advance order(s) net value is $100 or more
  • Bonus points: Multiple orders placed on the same day with net value of $100 or more

Can I receive Kudoz points for previous orders?

To earn Kudoz points, Members must be currently enrolled at the time that the order is placed.

Can my Kudoz points be applied as a discount towards my order? 

Kudoz points are only available to be used towards redeeming eGift vouchers. 

If I order from a location that is not my preferred restaurant, will I still earn Kudoz points?

Yes, as long as you order from a participating restaurant AND place your order online or by calling a Catering Specialist at 855-DELIVER you will earn points.

Will I earn Kudoz points if I call the restaurant directly?

Orders placed directly at a restaurant will not qualify. Members will earn Kudoz toward Rewards by making qualified catering purchases at Schlotzsky’s® restaurants by placing orders directly online at ordering.schlotzskys.com or by calling a Catering Specialist at 855-DELIVER. 

Do my Kudoz points expire?

Schlotzsky’s® Kudoz points do not expire. However, Schlotzsky’s® has partnered with Yiftee to provide you with more options to redeem. Yiftee eGifts expire one year after issuance.

 

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my Kudoz points for a Schlotzsky’s® gift or Let Them Choose gift?

  1. Visit www.schlotzskys.com, select Catering and Login to your account.
  2. Click "My Rewards."
  3. Confirm that you have at least 10,000 Kudoz available.
  4. Click the Redeem button for the reward that you choose.
  5. Confirm that you chose to Redeem a reward. Click OK.
  6. You will be sent an email from yiftee@yiftee.com which includes instructions for using the eGift voucher. Please check your clutter folder or spam filter if you do not see the email in your inbox. If you did not receive the email, please contact catering@schlotzskys.com.

How does the eGift voucher work?

The eGift voucher works like a credit card, but has a maximum value of $25. Please follow the instructions provided with your eGift voucher.

How do I know if I have earned enough Kudoz points for a Schlotzsky’s® gift of "Let Them Choose" gift?

You may view your Total Kudoz Available at the top of your My Rewards page. Also, the 'Redeem' button is inactive until you have earned enough points to redeem a reward. 

What are my options for redeeming Kudoz points?

Members can choose two ways to Redeem Kudoz into a Reward:

  • 10,000 Kudoz = $25 Schlotzsky’s® eGift voucher
  • 15,000 Kudoz = $25 “Let Them Choose” eGift voucher
