Why should I choose Schlotzsky’s Catering for my event?

We have something for everyone and every occasion! We feature uniquely craveable menu items, thoughtfully packaged and delivered on time and accurately. We also provide everything you need to make your event Original and successful.   

How do I place a Catering order?

Whether you prefer the convenience of typing on your computer keyboard, chatting with a knowledgeable and friendly person at our Catering Hotline, or picking up the phone and calling the Schlotzsky’s right around the corner, we’ve got you covered!

Does Schlotzsky’s deliver?

Yes! Schlotzsky’s will deliver right to your door…or clubhouse, soccer field, conference room, school bus, gymnasium—wherever you need it.

Is there a delivery fee?

Just $15 will gets your order to you!  Of course if you’re way out in the boondocks, we may need to tack on a small additonal charge. Call us (if you can get reception that far) and tell us where you are and we’ll let you know.

What is the minimum requirement for delivery?

A mere $75 is all it takes for us to come knocking on your door.  If your order is a little shy of $75 we can still make it for you and have it ready for pickup.

How many days/hours notice are required ahead of placing my order?

We request 2-hour advance notice when you can give it, but we know lunch happens! Cal us when you’re in a jam and we’ll do our best to get it to you when you need it.

Ordering in advance is worry-free at Schlotzsky’s. With our order technology we won’t lose or forget your order. We’re pros!

We do ask for 24-hour advance notice on orders for 50 people or more since we bake our bread fresh-from-scratch® every morning.

How much do I need to order to feed my group?

We make that easy when you order complete meal packages which can be ordered by the number of people. We also have individual box lunches, salads and flatbreads that are great for customized orders.

When ordering a la carte, you will find serving guidelines next to each menu item.

Can I add a gratuity to my order?

Absolutely! While gratuities are not required, they certainly are appreciated. We are able to add the gratuity when you place the order, or at the time of delivery.

What if I need to add special instructions to my order? 

We always want to know what’s important to you. Whether you need your orders delivered to the back loading dock, you only like sugar cookies, or Cinnabon® is your absolute favorite dessert in the whole wide world, we’ll make sure to communicate that to the restaurant making your order. We can even make notes in your account to record your personal preferences, so you can rest easy you’ll be taken care of when you call to place your next order.

What if I need to make changes or cancel my order?

Give us a shout! Changes can be made up to 2 hours in advance of delivery and cancelations require a 24-hour notice. Because we wake up bright and early to start baking bread fresh just for you, we do apply a 50% cancelation charge for orders canceled on the day fo delivery.  Gotta cover our bunz! 

We are tax exempt. How do we ensure we don’t get charged tax on our orders?

You will need to provide us with a copy of your tax exempt form before we can remove the tax from your order. Once we receive the form, however, we can change your account status to tax exempt and you won’t ever have to fool with that pesky thing again. Our super smart computer system will remember!

Can you keep my credit card on file?

Absolutely! For your convenience, we can safely store your information through our super secure processing system. We adhere to all PCI Data Security Standards to keep your digits safe and sound!

Can I set up a billing account?

Billing accounts are available at select locations. Call us at 855-DELIVER (855-335-4837) or email us at cateringorders@schlotzskys.com to find out if the location nearest you offers this billing option.

Can we have our orders labeled with names?

Why not?! You provide us a list of names and the matching food items, and we’ll get out the marker. Better yet, you might even get a tidy little label on your box lunches.

Do you provide paper goods, ice, etc.?

We pride ourselves here at Schlotzsky’s with ease of ordering. This means we not only make it easy for you to place your order, but we will provide you with everything you need for the best catering experience possible. All paper goods, disposables and condiments are provided. We also offer full beverage service, including ice, if needed. Yippee!
